1. Ticket Use & Entry:



This ticket is a revocable license granting entry to the Logansport Iron Horses basketball game at the designated venue.

Entry is subject to security screening and venue policies. Refusal to comply may result in denial of entry or ejection.

The holder must present a valid ticket for entry. Lost, stolen, or counterfeit tickets will not be honored.



2. Refunds & Transfers:



All ticket sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the event is canceled or rescheduled.

In case of cancellation, refunds will be issued per the ticket provider’s policies.

Reselling or transferring tickets for commercial purposes without permission is prohibited.



3. Assumption of Risk & Liability:



The holder assumes all risks related to attending the event, including injury from game-related activities, crowd interactions, or other incidents.

The Logansport Iron Horses, venue, event organizers, and affiliates are not responsible for injury, lost/stolen items, or other damages.



4. Prohibited Conduct & Ejection:



Disruptive behavior, intoxication, offensive language, or failure to follow venue policies may result in ejection without refund.

Unauthorized recording, streaming, or commercial use of game footage is strictly prohibited.



5. Photography & Media Release:



By attending, the holder grants permission to be photographed, filmed, or recorded for promotional or broadcast purposes without compensation.



6. Sales Tax & Fees:



Ticket prices may be subject to applicable Indiana state sales tax (7%) and service fees.



7. Force Majeure:



The Logansport Iron Horses are not responsible for cancellations or delays due to weather, government orders, or unforeseen circumstances beyond control.



8. Agreement to Terms:



Purchase or use of this ticket constitutes agreement to these terms. Violations may result in ticket cancellation or removal from the venue.
